Wood, B.L. (comp) 1967 Groundwater resources, southern Cook Islands. [Lower Hutt]: New Zealand Geological Survey. Report NZGS 23 12 p.
Abstract: A plentiful water supply is an important factor in the expanding agricultural economy of the Cook Islands. This report is based on geological surveys carried out in 1957 and 1963. The first part describes general outlines of geology and groundwater potentials, the second part offers specific suggestions for development of groundwater resources for agricultural purposes both in Rarotonga and the larger of the southern Cook Islands.
