Refund and Exchange Policy
We do not exchange items, however we will replace with the same item, any items that are defective or damaged and returned less than 30 days after delivery. To the extent we are unable to replace defective or damaged items, we will refund the full value of the item.
Our policy includes, and does not seek to exclude or limit, the rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (if you are a consumer) and other relevant laws.
To return your item:
Mail the item and receipt or proof of purchase to: GNS Science, Attn: Janice Wright, 1 Fairway Drive Avalon, Lower Hutt 5010, New Zealand. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and approved or rejected your refund/replacement.
If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
With replacement items, we will ship your new item to the original address. Depending on where this is, the time it will take for your replacement item to reach you may vary.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 working days from our notification of approval of your refund, first check with your credit card company and bank as it may take some time before your refund is credited to your card.
