Blick, G.H. 1976 Survey report - Mangleton 1976. Lower Hutt: New Zealand Geological Survey. New Zealand Geological Survey report EDS 35 15 p.
Abstract: The Mangleton pattern, straddling the Wellington Fault, was initially installed by NZGS in 1964 and modified by EDS in November 1975. The Department of lands and Survey carried out the initial survey of the original pattern in 1968 (S.O. Plan no 6340) and the modified pattern was surveyed by EDS in January 1976. The purpose of this pattern is to monitor secular deformation across the Wellington fault at regular intervals. A full description of the Mangleton site and pattern is the subject of a separate report. This report presents details of the method of surveying and the survey results. A full description of the significance of the results in terms of earth deformation is not intended for this report series. (auth)
