Abstract: SNAP (Stereonet Analysis Program) is a Fortran Program for the plotting and contouring of geologic strike and dip data on the stereographic projection. The program has been adapted from that of Jeran and Mashey (1970), to run on the Ministry of Works and Development Vogel Computing Centre (VCC) IBM 370/168 computer. The program has also been successfully run on the Borroughs B6700 computer at the University of Auckland (Brown 1975). (auth)
