Abstract: Water well and groundwater data is presented for the area of the Canterbury Plains between the Ashley and Waimakiriri Rivers. A table listing well location, total depth, yield, drawdown and water level, a sleection of chemical analyses of well water, well logs, well water level measurements and hydrographs of long term water levels and a list of unlocated wells is included. A text and figures provide a commentary summarising the data to aid prospective well owners in considering and planning groundwater utilisation for domestic, stock and irrigation water supplies.
