Abstract: The natural heat output of the Tikitere Thermal Area has been measured. The heat flow rate of 120.5 MW relative to 12 degrees C (28,800 Kcal/s), agrees well with the figure given by Grange (1955), of 150 MW relative to 12 degrees C (35,100 Kcal). (auth)
