Abstract

This report is a compilation of geothermal well data from known publicly accessible files for the Orakei Korako, Te Kopia, Waiotapu and Reporoa geothermal fields, located in the central Taupo; Volcanic Zone, New Zealand. The data is sourced from government reports generated by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR) and the New Zealand Geological Survey (NZGS), held by GNS Science, as well as a PhD thesis and journal publications. This comprehensive compilation of open file geothermal data is intended to support wider scientific research on the Taupo; Volcanic Zone and its geothermal systems (auths)
