Blick, G.H. 1976 Survey report - Ruamahanga 1975. Lower Hutt: New Zealand Geological Survey. New Zealand Geological Survey report EDS 36 16 p.
Abstract: The Ruamahanga pattern, straddling the west Wairarapa Fault, was initially installed by NZGS in 1964. The Department of Lands and Survey carried out the initial survey in 1969 (S.O. Plan No. 28397). A part of this pattern (Fig 1) was surveyed by EDS in January 1976. The purpose of this pattern is to monitor secular deformation across the west Wairarapa fault at regular intervals. A full description of the Ruamahanga site and pattern will be the subject of a separate report. The purpose of this report is to present details of the method of surveying and the survey results. A full description of the significance of the results in terms of earth deformation is not intended for this report series. (auth)
