Abstract: 1170 observations of gravity were made in Ceylong between 10 November 1971 and 19 February 1972 using Worden gravity meter W283. A provisional Bouguer anomaly map is presented using the standard reduction density of 2.67 g/cubic cm, based on a g-value of 978.131,6 at Ratmalana airport, Colombo, and a meter sensitivity of 0.0947 milligals/scale division.
