Abstract: The Akatore Fault Monitoring Pattern on the Akatore Fault was installed in 1979 by NZGS. It forms part of a network of patterns throughout New Zealand designed to monitor earth deformation. Since the installation of this pattern, surveys in August 1979 and May 1980 have been carried out by NZGS with assistance from the Survey Department, Otago University (OU). This report presents achieved in these two surveys. A full description of the site and pattern is described in EDS 64. (Brill, 1981)
