Abstract: This report is accompanied by a 1:25 000 map of the Wairau Plain (part NZMS 260 Sheet P28, Blenheim), showing surface geology and well locations. Well logs are graphically presented in cross sections to illustrate subsurface lithologies and stratigraphy. Also presented are a table of well data for the Marlborough Province north of the Clarence River (Appendix 1), logs of wells not included in the cross sections and wells from outside the area covered by the 1:25 000 map (Appendix 3) and a selection of chemical analyses of water samples from wells (Appendix 2).
