Abstract
This report summarises the findings of a GNS Science and Victoria University of Wellington Summer Internship project investigating the use of wellbeing frameworks (specifically, the Living Standards Framework and He Ara Waiora) by government in Aotearoa New Zealand. Specifically, this project examines the interfaces between wellbeing fundamentals and the way that the New Zealand Treasury’s Living Standards Framework is used by different stakeholders in their decision making, measuring and reporting.
